I was born in Lincolnshire. After several years of working in industry I went on to complete a Fine Art Degree at the University of Humberside (Department of Art, Design & Architecture) as a mature student. I then worked in Education for 17 years and have now returned to focus my full attention on my passion for painting. I work in various mediums often mixing mediums depending what type of image I am trying to achieve. I never cease to be amazed at what nature reveals in its textures, colours and shapes.
